Safeguarding at OOSC

The safeguarding of our children attending the out of school clubs and holiday clubs is our priority.

We are committed to creating an environment which is safe and secure for children in our care, as well as for our club staff and any adults visiting our provisions.

Staff attend annual safeguarding and awareness of radicalisation training. The Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Deputy DSL have Further Child Protection training every two years. Paula Evans, OOSC Staffing Administrator, holds Safer Recruitment training.

The Out Of School Club believes that children have the right to be completely secure from both the fear and reality of abuse, and we are committed to protecting all the children in our care from harm and radicalisation.

Our annually reviewed Safeguarding Policy is available for our registered users to view on our Policy page after log-in.
