We have been providing high-quality after school care at St Helen's since Easter 2009.

ST HELEN'S AFTER SCHOOL CLUB

Monday-Friday 3:30pm - 6:00pm, term time.

We are so lucky to have a bright and stimulating Club room for the children to use, packed full of fun activities! KS2 children come straight to the club at 3.30pm. They are registered by our club staff then can choose to play or to eat a healthy snack such as toast, fruit, crumpets and cheese. Children in KS1 are are collected by a staff member and escorted to the club. They can choose to eat any time between 3.30pm and 4.30pm. There is a range of craft, play and role-play equipment available and a large selection of outdoor activities as well as a relaxation corner with TV, DVD and Wii. Cooking and craft activities are included in the session fee - pop in and visit after school any time and see many happy children!
Policies
Our Policies and Proceedures are available to all our club users, but you need to be logged in to see them. Please take the time to familiarise yourself with our Policies and Procedures. Amongst the policies you'll find details of our fees and charging policies. To keep things simple, once logged in you'll only see Policies and Procedures for the club you use. A new menu will be visible on the right hand side.

On-line Bookings
We operate an on-line booking system for Occasional or Additional Bookings. You need to be logged in to do this. Once logged in you'll only be able to make bookings for the club you use.
Occasional and Additional Bookings are on a first come first served basis and there is limited capacity.To guarantee a place make a Regular Booking. These aren't available on-line so speak to a member of staff, contact us.

Once logged in and registration fee paid you can make bookings using:
- The Quick Bookings menu on the left hand side of each club's page
- The Sessions Calendar menu on the right hand side in the club menu on each club's page
- The Sessions List menu on the right hand side in the club menu on each club's page
Fees
All regular user fees are to be paid by 12 month standing order
£8.00 per pre-booked session
(This rate only applies to pre-booked sessions which are the same day each week and are every week)
£9.00 per occasional or additional booking
All club users need to have been pre-registered and a £10.00 non-refundable Registration Fee per child, paid in advance.
