Our original club, the after school club opened in January 2007.
A breakfast club was added in June 2008.
After School Club
OLVESTON AFTER SCHOOL CLUB

Children come straight to the club in the Wike Hall at 3.30pm (Computer Suite on Mondays). They are registered by our club staff then can choose to play or to eat a healthy snack such as toast, fruit, crumpets and cheese. Children in the Reception Class are collected by a staff member or escorted to the club by their teacher. They can choose to eat any time between 3.30pm and 4.30pm. There is a range of craft, play and role-play equipment available and a large selection of outdoor activities as well as a relaxation corner with TV, DVD and Wii. Cooking and craft activities are included in the session fee - pop in and visit after school any time and see many happy children!

Children are able to enjoy a full breakfast at approximately 8.15am which includes toast, cereals, fruit, fruit-juice and milk. They can relax quietly with the Wii or TV, use craft or play indoors or outside, then go straight to their class for registration at 9.00am.
Policies
Our Policies and Proceedures are available to all our club users, but you need to be logged in to see them. Please take the time to familiarise yourself with our Policies and Procedures. Amongst the policies you'll find details of our fees and charging policies. To keep things simple, once logged in you'll only see Policies and Procedures for the club you use.

On-line Bookings
We operate an on-line booking system for Additional or Occasional Bookings. You need to be logged in to do this. Once logged in you'll only be able to make bookings for the club you use.
Occasional and Additional Bookings are on a first come first served basis and there is limited capacity.To guarantee a place make a Regular Booking. These aren't available on-line so speak to a member of staff, contact us.

Once logged in and registration fee paid you can make bookings using:
- The Quick Bookings menu on the left hand side of each club's page
- The Sessions Calendar muenu on the right hand side in the club menu on each club's page
- The Sessions List menu on the right hand side in the club menu on each club's page
Fees
All regular user fees are to be paid by 12 month standing order or childcare voucher transfer
Breakfast Club - Olveston 7.55am to 9.00am
£5.00 per session
£6.00 per occasional / additional booking
After School Club - Olveston 3.30pm to 6.00pm
£8.50 per pre-booked session
(This rate only applies to pre-booked sessions which are the same day each week and are every week)
£9.50 per occasional / additional booking

All club users need to have been pre-registered and a £10.00 non-refundable deposit per child, paid in advance.
