October Half Term Holiday Club - Opens Wednesday 24th October
Following the success of our summer holiday club we are pleased to announce that we are running a holiday club during the October 2012 half term. Open to all primary school age children, it will run from the Out Of School Club rooms in St Helen's Primary School, Alveston. The sessions will run from 8am - 6pm, Wednesday 24th Oct to Friday 2nd Nov, (excluding the weekend). Drop off and collection any time between these hours.
All registered OOSC customers can book online now through any of our three club pages.
The holiday club will have use of all the school's outdoor facilities and will be run by our team of qualified and experienced OOSC staff. The cost will be £25 per day, with an 'early bird' reduction of 10% available for bookings made before Friday 12th October. Also large family discount, 3rd and 4th children half price.
The cost includes all activities, insurance and regular drinks and snacks. There will be a wide range of activities on offer including:
- table football
- plus free choice of indoor and outdoor play
Children may bring their own packed lunch, or may prefer to bring £2 for a light meal such as pasta, beans on toast, hot dogs etc, plus fruit and yoghurts.
New OOSC users will have to register with the club and complete the required admissions forms, but existing users will not need to complete any additional paperwork unless your details have changed.
Bookings may be made online now. We accept payment by credit/debit card, Paypal or employee childcare voucher transfer provided you have registered with us to accept them. Subject to availability, bookings can be made up until 48 hours before the session. Fees for bookings cancelled within two weeks of the session date are non-refundable. If paying by childcare voucher we require payment by 12th October in order for you to qualify for the Early bird discount.
