We have been providing high-quality after school care at St Helen's since Easter 2009 and following the success of our summer and October 2012 holiday club we will be running a holiday club from Easter - October 2013.

OOSC HOLIDAY CLUB - OPEN FOR ALL LOCAL PRIMARY-AGED CHILDREN registered with OOSC
The Club Classroom, St Helen's Primary School, Alveston
FULL TIME during all holidays (excluding bank holidays) from Easter - October 2013 Monday-Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
Online bookings for Spring and Summer 2013 are available now.
Children may be dropped off and collected at any time during the opening hours.
The holiday club has use of all the school's outdoor facilities and is run by our team of qualified and experienced OOSC staff. The cost is £25 per day, with an 'early bird' reduction of 10% available for bookings made by a published date. Book by midnight on 5th July for a summer discount. We also offer a large family discount, with 3rd and 4th children half price. We accept Childcare Vouchers.
The cost includes all activities, insurance and regular drinks and snacks. There is a wide range of activities on offer including:
- cooking
- craft
- construction
- snooker
- table football
- trips to the park
- fun in the woodland area
- plus free choice of indoor and outdoor play
Children may bring their own packed lunch, or may prefer to bring £2 for a light meal such as wraps, pasta, beans on toast, hot dogs etc, plus fruit and yoghurts.
The holiday club is open to all Primary-aged children in the locality. Once OOSC registration has been completed you will be able to book sessions online, using the Sessions Calendar, Sessions List or Quick bookings can be now made up to midnight the day before the session date.
We require a Day Care Registration form to be completed for each child attending the holiday Club. This form is available online to logged-in customers.

Policies
Our Policies and Proceedures are available to all our club users, but you need to be logged in to see them. Please take the time to familiarise yourself with our Policies and Procedures. Amongst the policies you'll find details of our fees and charging policies. To keep things simple, once logged in you'll only see Policies and Procedures for the club you use. A new menu will be visible on the right hand side.
On-line Bookings
We operate an on-line booking system for all holiday club bookings. You need to be logged in to do this. Once logged in you can make holiday club bookings through any of our term time clubs or the holiday club page.
Bookings are on a first come first served basis and there is limited capacity, so book early to guarantee your places.
To login, first register for an account. We aim to approve all new registrations within 24 hours, but please be patient, we sometimes need sleep too! If you think there is a problem with your registration contact us.
Once logged in and registration fee paid you can make bookings using:
- The Quick Bookings menu on the left hand side of each club's page
- The Sessions Calendar menu on the right hand side in the club menu on each club's page
- The Sessions List menu on the right hand side in the club menu on each club's page
Fees
Fees are £25 per day.
Large family discount where 3rd and 4th child are half price.
Early bird discount of 10% for all bookings made by midnight on Friday 5th July 2013 for summer bookings. If paying by childcare voucher we require payment by the published cut-off date in order to qualify for the early bird discount.
We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal or employee childcare voucher transfer provided you have registered with us to accept them.
Fees for bookings cancelled within one week of the session date are non-refundable.
