Dear OOSC Parents

We are approaching the end of term and we hope your children are enjoying the range of outdoor activities we have on offer at the clubs. Please remember to send hats and sun cream in for the children on these warm days.

HOLIDAY CLUB

The OOSC Holiday Club will be running as usual at St Helen’s School in Alveston from Monday 20th July to Tuesday 1st September (excluding Bank Holiday on Monday 31st August). We are able to accept 24 children per day so operate on a first come first served basis. Please note that the early bird discount of 10% expires this Friday (3rd July) at midnight. After this cut off date, the daily fee returns to £26 per child per day. Sessions are bookable online at https://www.oosc.co.uk after login.

We still have availability on all days, including the Inset Day on Tuesday 1st September. Hannah and the team have a range of activities on offer including cricket, cooking, den-building, and visits from Lorraine Parry from the Tesco Farm to Fork Scheme. More details of the timetable of events and activities will follow nearer the time. If you haven’t completed a holiday club registration form, they are available at the club, or on our website: https://www.oosc.co.uk/admissionsforms/160-holidayclubadmissions-form

NEW FORMS REQUIRED

We are asking all parents to update their contact information on the new Admissions Form – now condensed to one form, to make life easier! This ensures we have up to date contact details for you. Forms are available at the clubs or downloadable from the website: https://www.oosc.co.uk/admissionsforms/45-admissions-form

If you have sent us completed forms in the last 4 weeks, there is no need to complete this as we already have your up-to-date details.

REGULAR BOOKINGS FROM SEPTEMBER

Please let us know if your children do not wish to continue with their Regular session bookings from September. If we do not hear from you, we will reserve your existing Regular sessions. We are unfortunately already full on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at Olveston After School Club, and Tuesdays after school at St Mary’s Thornbury and St Helen’s Clubs, so please let us know if you wish to be added to the waiting list for places on these days. We are currently working with Olveston school to acquire increased space to run our club so we can take additional numbers after school.

Our fees for 2015-16 are to remain the same across all clubs, so this should make life easier when setting up regular monthly payments. Please remember payments are payable within the first 7 days of each month, in advance. With over 300 families and lack of availability, we are unable to arrange alternative payment methods or accommodate late fee-paying. Many thanks to the majority of parents who pay the correct fees, on time! Payments are accepted by advance BACS, Standing Order or Childcare Voucher transfer only. If you require support setting up payments please let me know. Alternative payment methods are subject to a minimum 3% fee from 1.9.15.

Please reference payments: CHILDSURNAME OLV / CHG/ FR / STMBS / STMTH / FR
